At VoltAethra, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of Keyboards, Controllers, and Headphones. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below for detailed information on eligibility and procedures.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • All accessories, manuals, and promotional items included with the product must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).
  • Items returned after the 30-day period.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will also refund the return shipping costs upon verification.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same model, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
