Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

- Locate Your Tracking Number: Check the shipping confirmation email sent to your registered email address. The tracking number is typically listed in the email body or attached invoice.
- Visit a Reliable Tracking Platform: For a seamless experience, we recommend using 17Track, a trusted third-party logistics tracker that supports over 700 carriers worldwide.
- Enter Your Tracking Number: On the 17Track homepage, paste your tracking number into the search bar and click the "Track" button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display real-time updates.
- Monitor Your Shipment: You can view the current status, estimated delivery date, and detailed transit history. For additional options, you may also use PackageRadar or AfterShip by following the same steps.
What to Do If Tracking Information Is Missing
If your tracking number does not show any updates within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Provide your order number and tracking number, and we will investigate the issue promptly. Note that international shipments may experience longer delays due to customs processing.
