4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Keyboards, Controllers, or Headphones, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Items that show signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse may be subject to a partial refund or denial of the refund request.
