Order & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us at [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order to request changes or cancellations. We cannot guarantee modifications after this window.

Do you offer installment payments?
Currently, we do not offer installment or buy-now-pay-later options. Full payment is required at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?
We offer standard (5-8 business days) and expedited (2-3 business days) shipping within the US. International shipping is available for select countries (7-14 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
We ship to physical addresses only. PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier’s website to monitor delivery progress.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Keyboards, controllers, and headphones must be in resalable condition. A restocking fee of 15% may apply for opened items.

How do I initiate a return?
Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Product Support

Are your products compatible with all devices?
Keyboards and controllers are compatible with Windows, macOS, and most gaming consoles (check product specifications for details). Headphones work with any device featuring a 3.5mm jack or Bluetooth, depending on the model.

Do you offer warranties?
All products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. We do not require account creation for purchases.
